Due to limited supply, the flag ship selection of coffees will only be offered in 4oz variants. The price will fluctuate quarterly in relation to the featured coffee. This quarter's coffee is an organic Ethiopian shenta wene carbonic maceration. This rare coffee is from the sidama region and undergoes a fermentation process in enclosed tanks. The whole coffee cherries are isolated from oxygen and air circulation, creating a berry jam environment for over 3 weeks. The result is a tropical fruity and complex coffee.
